Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on any personal care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with - including beard oils, balms, butters, and grooming tools.
Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.
First-Time Buyer Promise
If this is your first time ordering from Bearded Coast and you’re not completely satisfied with your product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund - no return required.
This promise applies to one product, on your first order only. It’s our way of making sure your first Bearded Coast experience feels as good as it should.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and take care of it quickly.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at info@beardedcoast.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return label if applicable.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, simply return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
