At Bearded Coast, we know waiting on packages can be frustrating—so we make fast, honest shipping a priority. Our small-batch grooming products are packed and shipped with care to get to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Free Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) by default. You can also choose a different carrier or faster option (like UPS 2nd Day Air) at checkout.

Orders under $50 are charged real-time carrier rates (USPS or UPS) based on weight and destination

Order Processing Time
We typically ship within 1–3 business days (often sooner). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it’s missing from your inbox, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
Estimated Delivery Times

Holiday & Promotional Delays
During high-volume periods (like holidays or major sales), shipping times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and always aim to be transparent if that happens.
Shipping Protection & Order Accuracy
Each order is carefully packed by hand with a printed packing slip. We recommend opening your package and inspecting your items upon delivery.
Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and contents for verification.
We are not responsible for claims made after this window, or for packages left unattended for extended periods.
Shipping to Hotels & Temporary Addresses
Due to a high risk of loss, theft, or delivery complications, Bearded Coast reserves the right to cancel and refund any order shipping to hotels, Airbnbs, or other temporary accommodations at our sole discretion.
If you choose to ship to a temporary address, you assume full responsibility for the package once tracking shows it has been delivered. We strongly recommend:

Notifying hotel staff in advance,

Ensuring your name and room number are on file, and

Confirming the package is received immediately upon arrival.
We are not liable for any missing items, delays, or disputes arising from packages delivered to these types of addresses.
International Orders
We currently ship within the U.S., but limited international shipping is available on a case-by-case basis.
International buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or discrepancies that occur after delivery to a freight forwarder or third-party location.
If you refuse delivery of your order, fail to pay duties or taxes, or your package is returned to us for any reason, original shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
Delivery times for international orders vary and may be delayed by customs processing. Bearded Coast is not responsible for such delays.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied where required by law, based on your shipping destination and local tax regulations.
Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your address during checkout. We cannot refund or reship orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
